As a 'Full Access' Betfair Developers Program subscriber, you will have access to the services included in the particular 'product', as well as access to BDP support which includes:

Email & telephone support during UK Business hours (9:00-17:00GMT/BST Mon-Fri)
All necessary documentation, including sample code
Receipt of release notes, upcoming enhancements & outage alerts
Access to the Betfair Developers Program Forum

Below are the descriptions of the different types of Exchange API subscriptions - click the desired type to get more information or to sign up.

Please note that all of the below 'Full Access' subscriptions include free access to the Betfair Exchange Games API services.

Personal Exchange API

If you wish to develop Betfair applications for your own personal use and do not wish to market your applications or sell or distribute any data or information from your application, then you can subscribe to the Personal Exchange API.

Software Vendor Exchange API

If you want to build software utilizing the Exchange API and offer it to third party application users then you can subscribe to the Software Vendor Exchange API.

Historical Data License

If you are a Software Vendor and wish to provide Historical Data or Historical Data tools and offer them to third-party users then you will need an Historical Data license.

Commercial Exchange API

If you wish to develop programs for commercial use then you can subscribe to the Commercial Exchange API.

Free Access Exchange API

The Free Access Exchange API provides an unsupported, limited access to a subset of the Exchange API. It is immediately available to developers who have an active Betfair account. The Free Access Exchange API is a good option for developers to get a taste of what the API has to offer.
